Healthy chocolate muffins by Rita Lakhssassi

Step 1: making the muffins
Ingredients :
150g whole wheat flour – 2 tbsp almond flour –25g organic cocoa powder – 50g cane sugar – 1 + ½ tsp baking powder – a pinch of salt.
200ml lukewarm almond milk - 1 egg - 50g organic melted butter - 2 tbsp olive oil - zest of an organic orange - 1 tbsp fresh orange juice - 1 tbsp -to-tsp of orange blossom water – 3 tbsp of organic honey.
30g almonds, blanched and crushed into small pieces.
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients in order.
In another bowl, combine all the liquid ingredients, then whisk the mixture until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
Add this liquid mixture to the previous bowl, mix again.
Add 30 g of blanched and crushed almonds and mix everything together.
